Knowing the symptoms
of a sinus infection may spell the difference between suffering from sinusitis
and living a healthy and normal life. Nobody wants to have sinusitis as it brings about pain and discomfort in our daily lives.
With sinusitis, it may be difficult for you to breathe through your nose. Your face may also feel swollen, particularly the area around your eyes. And on top of this, you may have a throbbing headache. That is why detecting sinusitis as soon as possible is the best preventive measure that you must bear in mind.
However, it is difficult, and often tricky, to tell the symptoms of a sinus infection apart from other sickness because of their apparent similarities. Let us consider as an example the common cold. A person suffering from sinusitis may have the symptoms associated with a cold, such as nasal congestion and discharge and severe headache and pain or pressure in specific areas of the face. This is because a cold, by itself, is among the many symptoms of sinusitis. If left untreated, a sinusitis that is mistaken for just a common cold, may lead to more serious complications.

The 3 tips to cure for yeast infection are:
1. Tea tree oil is the first way to cure your yeast infection. Put some tea tree oil on your tampon and place it inside your vagina. Let it stay there for about twenty minutes and then remove. Do this two times a day. Tea tree oil is a very effective antifungal solution that is great for getting rid of yeast infections.
2. Another way to cure your yeast infection is to use yogurt. Soak your tampon in plain yogurt and then place it in your vagina. Allow it to sit for twenty minutes and then take it out. Do this once in the morning and once at night. Yogurt has bacteria cultures in it that help get rid of yeast infections.

That’s a common cry for people suffering with back acne, or bacne, as it’s sometimes called. But no matter what it’s called, people who have back pimples are just as bothered by it as people who have facial acne problems to deal with. It just goes to show that zits can break out anywhere on the body, at anytime, and the back is an especially vulnerable area for acne breakouts.
Pimples on the back are an annoyance that are, not only extremely sore and painful but, embarrassing and unsightly. You may be ashamed to show your back with visible acne pimples and cysts, and this can seriously affect how you feel about yourself and possibly even your desire to participate in some social activities. After all, who wants to go to, say, a pool party so people can stare at your back boils, bumps and cysts with disgust? Or you may not want to wear v-necks or t-shirts for fear the back acne will show over the top of them. No matter what you do, the main thing is, to get rid of your back acne problems for good you need to follow an effective treatment regimen that will eliminate it and keep it under control.

Do you know that one of the easiest ways to get rid of bad breath lies in oxygen? This is because most breath problems are due to the actions of anaerobic bacteria that live inside our mouths. These bacteria live well in conditions that are poor in oxygen.
At first, it may seem strange that such bacteria can thrive in our mouth when our mouth is highly oxygenated. However, on closer examination, you will probably realize that there are many areas of microscopic sizes that are oxygen free, thus making a perfect environment for anaerobic bacteria to live, multiply and produce waste products that cause bad breath. The good news is that such bacteria can be killed once they are in contact with oxygen.

Hello all. My name is Audrey, and I used to have a terrible time with my face because of acne. I didn’t always have it, especially not really bad so I did a great deal of searching the Internet to find out what was causing it. Over the years while searching for the way to cure my acne problems, I came across certain myths about what causes acne. Since I had probably tried just about everything in the universe to try and cure my acne, it did not take me long to figure out what was causing my acne and what was not.
