Chronic bloating can be a deal breaker. Dealing with bloating on a daily basis can seriously impede your way of life. How can constant bloating effect your life? Here are a few ways.

Due to Water Retention

Retaining water is one of the most common causes of bloating. When your body decides that it needs to keep some water close, it traps the water from your food in deposits under your skin and keeps it there until it needs it. Sure, sometimes there really isn’t a need to retain water, but your body does strange things sometimes. In the case of water retention, chronic bloating can cause some people to feel fatigued and actually cause them to gain some weight. When experiencing chronic with a side of weight gain, it can take you hours to find something that fits. When scouring your closets looking for something to wear, just keep in mind that there are treatments available to water retention. Taking a diuretic, or water pill, can cause your body to lose its hold on all the retained water; as the water drains away, so does the weight gain keeping you out of your favorite clothes.
