Time management is a big problem for most people to deal with. People have become so busy in their daily lives that they don’t realize how important it is to effectively manage their time. There are some things in our lives that get put on the backburner when they should be included in our schedules. A lot of stress that we deal with comes from not properly managing our time.
Ideally, you have a plan of action that addresses both of these aspects. First, a way, or several ways that can be used in combination or by themselves, of cutting down on the stress and our body’s stress response. Essentially, you’ll need a way to chill under fire.
Second, once you find that your mind is working better again, it’s time to address the cause… Some people may think of in-the-moment fixes as Band-Aids and scoff at them since they’re not addressing the “real” issue. I find, though, that you really need the short-term fixes or else you’ll may never get to actually dealing the cause.

You might have observed that many people become very dull and inactive in winter. In fact, some people even experience a deep depression and fail to carry out normal routine tasks. Dr. Norman Rosenthal coined the term “Winter Blues”. He came up with this expression while he was researching the effects of winter on people’s moods. The Winter Blues is actually a clinical condition, which is primarily caused by lack of sunlight in winter. According to some doctors, lack of sunlight can cause depression. Because of this, SAD is a state that needs to be observed over time. Causes of osteoporosis are heredity and lifestyle. Whites and Asians, tall and thin women and those with a history of osteoporosis are those at the highest risk of getting osteoporosis. The behavioral causes of increasing the risk of osteoporosis are smoking, alcohol abuse, prolonged inactivity and a diet low in calcium. There are also some diseases that are associated with aging that cause osteoporosis, which include kidney failure, liver disease, cancers, Paget´s disease, endocrine or glandular diseases, gonadal failure and rheumatoid arthritis. There are some medications like steroids, seizure drugs, thyroid hormone and blood thinners that are also found to cause osteoporosis.
